Pop quiz, what is the common theme between the various engineering projects we complete for our clients? Recently, as part of our yearly
ISO 9001 certification, we completed a review of the projects we have delivered over the last 12 months.
Our review showed a theme of delivery of projects that could be considered 'gnarly' or challenging - the ones that had been sitting on a
client's worklist for up to 3 - 4 years while someone figured out what to do with them...
These projects covered various areas of expertise we have including:
- Offshore decommissioning
- Process plant debottlenecking or rate enhancement opportunities
- Alternative process plant line up or operating modes
For these projects we were able to solve our client's problems in unique or insightful ways, which is reflected in them returning to us
for further development of the solutions we gave them (subsequent work phases), or a new assignment.
